Canning Green Beans
Blanch green geans in hot water. Fill jars; add 1 teaspoon salt to a quart jar. If canning in hot water bath, cook 2 1/2 - 3 hours. If using pres sure cooker, cook 20 or 25 minutes, after pressure gets up to 10 pounds.

Canning Plain Sour Pickles
Mix half and half of vinegar and water. To a quart; add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar (or more). Can drop cucumbers in hot vinegar and water until color changes, or you can pack in jars and bring to a boil in hot water bath for a few minutes.

Grape Leaf Pickles
1 cup vinegar to 1 cup water
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 dozen grapes
2 grape leaves to a quart
Bring vinegar to a boil. Put cucumbers in vinegar and water mixture until they tum in color. Pack in jars and add grapes and grape leaves . Put salt and sugar in jar and pour in hot vine gar and seal.
