Pauline's Apple Roll
6 or 7 large cooking apples
Make pie crust dough or use pie crust mix.
Roll out dough about the size of a pie. Put about 1/2 to 3/4 cups of
diced apples in the center, cut approximately 1/4 stick margarine
over the apples; sprinkle generously with cinnamon and top with
1/2 to 3/4 cups sugar. Make 3 or 4 rolls and place in 9" x 13" pan. Cut crust across and
lengthwise. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Cover
with boiling water. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees until roll bubbles, about 15 minutes.
