Strawberry Truffle
1 pound cake, sliced on bottom and sides
1 large package vanilla instant pudding
sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 container of COOL WHIP or whipped cream
Place on bottom and sides of large glass bowl, slices of one pound,
made or purchased. Prepare pudding according to directions.
Layer pudding and strawberries. Top with whipped cream or
COOL WHIP. Very easy and very good!

2 3/4 cups plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup margarine
1 package brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup nuts
1 (6 oz.) package chocolate bits
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Melt margarine and
add to brown sugar. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in chopped nuts. Spread in greased pan and bake at 325 degrees
for 30 - 35 minutes.
