Pretzel Salad
4 cups pretzels (preferably unsalted)
4 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
large carton COOL WHIP
large package lime JELLO
2 cups water
medium can crushed pineapple, drained
Crush pretzels. Melt butter. Mix together and add sugar. Spray 9" x 13" casserole dish with PAM. Press mixture in casserole and bake for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and COOL WHIP. Put on top of pretzels. Boil water and stir in JELLO. Add pineapple. Let cool and put on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly, cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
Note
Lime JELLO and pineapple may be substitued with strawberry JELLO and frozen strawberries.

Pistachio Pudding Salad
1 container COOL WHIP
1 can crushed pineapple
1 package pistachio pudding mix
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Combine all ingredients. Decorate as desired. Refrigerate.
