Good Peach And Orange Salad
1 large package cream cheese
1 small package orange gelatin
1 small package peach gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 cup cold water
Dissolve gelatins in hot water. Blend in cream cheese. Add all other ingredients, folding in whipped topping last. Chill overnight in a 9" x 13" dish

Frozen Salad
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 package strawberry JELLO
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 large container of COOL WHIP
small jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 (16 oz.) can of lite fruit cocktail
1 cup chopped nuts
Cream together cream cheese and dry JELLO. Drain fruit cocktail; add water to make a cup; bring to boil. Add slowly to cheese and JELLO mixture. Beat until lump free. Add other ingredients. Fold in COOL WHIP. Place in freezer. Take out an hour or two before serving and refrigerate. Can serve on lettuce.
