Potato Casserole
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Mix well. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. If desired a topping of2 cups of crushed cornflakes and 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine; or sprinkle with grated cheese.

Golden Parmesan Potatoes
6 large potatoes
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. pepper
Peel and quarter potatoes. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Moisten potatoes, coat well with cheese mixture. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once.
Servings: 6 or 8
