Potato Salad
6 to 8 potatoes cut into small pieces (baked or boiled)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tomato
3 sweet pickles, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp. onions, diced
2 boiled eggs, diced
1 tbsp. white vinegar
Bake or boil peel ed potatoes and cut into small pieces. Place 1 tablespoon margarine in potatoes and then add other ingredients.

Jane's Potatoes
8 - 10 medium potatoes
salt and pepper
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
paprika
Cook and mash the potatoes. Put in a mixture of the sour cream and cream cheese. Pour into buttered baking dish. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
