Ham-Cheese Poppy Seed Rolls
2 sticks butter, softened
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. mustard powder
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 lb. sliced ham
1/2 lb. cheese - mozzarella or swiss (I use both)
2 packages dainty or finger rolls
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Slice whole package of rolls. Spread batter mixture on both sides. Layer ham, then top with ' cheese. Return to foil pan; cover with foil. Heat 10 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 stick margarine or butter
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. poppyseeds
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, finely grated
party rolls, (20 in each package)
4 (5 oz.) sandwich or boiled ham
4 or 5 oz. swiss cheese, grated or sliced
Blend margarine or butter, mustard, poppyseeds, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Split rolls and spread mixture on each side of rolls. Put 1 slice ham, cut to fit on each; then swiss cheese, then another slice of ham. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
