Lasagna
1 1/2 Ibs. of ground chuck
2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 large package mozzarella cheese
1 lb. lasagna noodles
Brown ground chuck and drain off fat. Add V-8 juice, tomato sauce, tomatoes, and spaghetti sauce mix. Layer this mixture, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and noodles in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 1 hour.

Hamburger Casserole
2 Ibs. hamburger
1 chopped onion
2 cups water
1 can corn
1 green pepper
1 cup MINU"fE RICE
1 cup VELVEETA cheese
salt and pepper
garlic powder
Brown hamburger with onion. Drain off grease. Add 2 cups water and 1 cup rice. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add green pepper, com, and VELVEETA cheese. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes .
