Hamburger-Cheesebake
4 oz. egg noodles
lib. hamburger
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup cottage cheese
Boil noodles in salted water. Brown next 7 ingredients in a
skillet. Add tomato sauce and oregano; mix well. Simmer
until hot. Mix last 3 ingredients. Pour 1/2 noodles in 8"
square baking pan. Place cheese mixture on top. Spread remaining
noodles over cheese mixture. Place hamburger mixture
on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Steak With Gravey
1 lb. (approximately) round steak or cube steak
1 can GOLDEN mushroom soup
1 can water
Brown steak, add soup and water. Cook over low heat for
several hours until tender. Serve over rice or with mashed
potatoes.
