Pasta In A Pot
2 Ibs. gound chuck
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
8 oz. package seashell macaroni
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 lb. sliced provolone
1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Brown beef, drain. Add next 4 ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes until onion is soft. Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Pour 1/2 of shells into a deep casserole dish; cover with 1/2 of meat mixture and tomatoes; spread half of sour cream over sauce; top with half of cheeses. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheeses are melted on top.
Servings: 10 (approximately)

Beef Casserole
1 lb. beef
1 can chicken 'n rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
crumbs from 2 - 3 slices of toast
Mix beef, chicken 'n rice soup, and crumbs. Form into balls; brown in skillet. Place in baking dish, cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
