BAR-B-Q Chicken
Marinade
3 cups vinegar
3 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
4 1/2 tbsp. catsup
9 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
black pepper
Browining Sauce
6 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp, salt
9 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Cut chicken in half. Arrange, single-layered, in large pan (15" x
10") and marinate overnight. Pierce chicken with a fork so sauce
can penatrate. To cook, place chicken on grill, bony side down,
and baste with the marinade for first half of cooking time, then
with browning sauce for last half of cooking time.

Barbecue Sauce For 5 1/2 Chickens
1/4 pint oil
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 clove garlic
Baste and turn chicken every fifteen minutes.
