Chicken Divan
4 deboned and skinned chicken breasts
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
or cream of mushroom soup
1 package frozen broccoli
1 (8oz.) package shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices bread, cut into crumbs
melted butter
Cook chicken; place in 9" x 13" baking dish. Cook broccoli;
place in baking dish. Mix cans of soup, mayonnaise, and ]/2
cup of cheese. Spread over chicken and broccoli. Dip bread
crumbs in melted butter; sprinkle over dish, along with remaining
cheese. Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes.

Chicken Pie
1 (2-3 lb.) chicken
1 1/2 cup broth
1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
11/2 cup BISQUICK mix
Stew chicken, debone and cut in medium size pieces and arrange
in dish. Melt butter and dribble over chicken. Mix
broth and chicken soup; pour over chicken. Mix BISQUICK
and milk together and pour over other chicken mixture. Preheat
oven at 350 degrees. Bake pie for 1 hour.
