Chicken Casserole
1 package PEPPERAGE FARM corn bread dressing
1 stick margarine
1 can of cream of chicken soup
4 large chicken breasts
2 cans of chicken broth
Stew chicken, no salt. Debone and put aside. Save broth. Melt margarine and stir in dressing. In greased 13" x 9" pan, place layer of dressing. Layer chicken, then soup and broth. Continue layering and top with dressing. Heat in oven for a few minutes at 350 degrees.

Easy Chicken Pie
One whole chicken (cooked and removed from bone and cut up into bite size pieces)
2 cups of broth (or more if you like it soupier)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Crust
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 stick margarine
Mix first 3 ingredients and put in 8" x 12" baking dish. Mix the crust and pour or spoon over top. Bake at 375 degrees until brown 30 to 35 minutes.
