Seasoned Pecans
4 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. TABASCO sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Add all the seasonings. Mix well.
Add the pecans. Toss well to coat. Transfer pecans to baking
sheet. Bake in a 225 degree oven for about an hour. Stir nuts
every 15 minutes to distribute seasonings evenly.

Cranberry Pineapple Punch
4 cups cranberry juice
4 cups pineapple juice
1 tbsp. almond extract
1 cup sugar
2 large bottles ginger ale, chilled
Mix together juices and extract. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
Refrigerate. Add chilled ginger ale at serving time .
