Cheese Dip
16 oz. VELVEETA cheese
10 oz. can RO-TEL green chilies & tomatoes (drained)
Dice VELVEETA and mix RO-TEL in covered baking dish. Microwave on high for 10 minutes until cheese is melted or until desired consistency. Great with tortilla chips.

Pineapple Cheese Ball
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
chopped parsley (optional)
Blend cheese, pineapple, one cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Chill for about two hours. Form into a ball and roll in misture of remaining nuts and parsley. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers, preferably TRICUITS.
