Ham Cheese Ball
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion flakes
chopped nuts (pecans)
2 tbsp. parsley
2 cups chopped ham (2 cans chunk)
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
Soften cream cheese. Then mix with other ingredients
(except nuts). Form into a ball. Press nuts onto outside of
ball . Chill.

Pineapple Dip
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup pecan pieces
1/4 cup pecan pieces
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. LOWREY's seasoning salt
RITZ or TOWNHOUSE crackers
Blend first six ingredients together. Can be served in a
scooped out pineapple; half which has been lined with clear
food wrap.
