Onella's Ice Box Rolls
1 stick margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup luke warm water
1 package yeast
1 tsp. sugar
4 cups flour (PILLSBURY bread flour)
2 tsp. salt
Cream margarine with sugar in a large mixing bowl, add egg and mix. Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1/3 cup lukewarm water. Sift flour and salt, add yeast mixture and then flour mixture to the first ingredients with an additional cup of lukewarm water. Add more flour to make a soft dough. Toss lightly on a floured board. Knead briefly. Put in large bowl and place in refrigerator until ready to bake. Two hours before baking, take dough out, knead to soften. Make out rolls and place on lightly greased pan far about 2 hour s or until they double in size. Brush with melted margarine when putting in oven. Bake 400 - 425 degrees 12 - 15 minutes or until browned.
