Crunchy Lemon Squares
1 cup quick oats, uncooked
1 cup flour
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 325 degrees if using glass dish. In
medium bowl, combine oats, flour, coconut, nuts, sugar, and baking
powder. Add melted butter. Stir to form a crumbly mixture.
Set aside. Combine condensed milk, lemon juice and rind. Pat
half of crumb mixture on bottom of 9" square baking pan.
Spread milk mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.

12 oranges
6 oz. fresh or frozen coconut
1 1/2 cup pecan pieces
Peel oranges, being careful to remove all outer white membrane.
Remove sections. Take out seeds. Layer oranges, coconut and pecans.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
