Macaroni And Cheese Deluxe
1 (8 oz.) package elbow macaroni
2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 cups shredded sharpe cheddar cheese
paprika
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain; rinse and set aside. Combine next six ingredients; add macaroni, and stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Baked Macaroni
8 oz. box of macaroni (or spaghetti)
1 pound ground chuck
30 oz. spaghetti sauce (any brand)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Cook macaroni or spaghetti as directed on box. Drain and set aside. Brown ground chuck in a small amount of grease. Pour off grease and add spaghetti sauce and cheddar cheese soup. Mix and heat. Add cooked macaroni or spaghetti and place in a casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese on top melts.
