Meatloaf
2 lbs. hamburger
1 package onion soup mix
2 eggs
11/2 cup bread crumbs
113 cup catsup
3/4 cup water
Topping
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. mustard
Mix all ingredients together. Place in loaf pan and cover with
topping. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Chili
1 lb. ground chuck
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cups catsup
chopped onion (optional)
Brown ground chuck in a heavy sauce pan, adding a little water
if necessary. Add chili powder and catsup. Heat thoroughly and
tum burner down to simmer. Simmer for approximately 2 hours .
Serve on hot dogs and hamburgers.
