Vegetable Sandwiches
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. salt, plain or seasoned
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 .1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2/3 cup grated fresh carrots
1/4 cup minced green bell pepper
1/4 cup minced onions
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped celery
softened butter
8 - 10 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
Blend cream cheese, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add
vegetables, mix well. Cover and chill. Spread bread lightly
with butter and then sandwich filling.
Servings: 10 - 15 sandwiches

Sausage Balls
1 lb. sausage
1 cup BISQUICK mix
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Mix an together and roll in balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
to 12minutes.
