Ann's Famous Taco Dip
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
I large bunch green onions, chopped (1 cup)
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted ripe olives, chopped (optinal)
I (8 oz.) package grated sharp cheddar cheese
I large package tortilla chips
Combine sour cream, MIRACLE WHIP, and taco seasoning mix in bowl. To assemble, spread bean dip in a large shallow serving dish or shallow 12" x 11" baking dish; top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese. Serve chilled or room temperature with chips.

Pimento Cheese
4 oz. jar pimentos (with juice)
4 tbsp. water
16 slices cheese
Mash pimentos with fork. Melt all ingredients over low heat in a saucepan, stirring often. Remove from heat; add 2 cups mayonnaise. For extra smooth quality, mix with electric hand mixer.
