Pasta Primavera
1 1/4 cups pasta twists
2 cups BIRDS EYE farm fresh broccoli, baby carrots and water chestnuts (about 1/2 of 16 oz. package)
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp, white wine
1/3 cup half and half
1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. tarragon, crushed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Cook vegetables as
directed on package, reducing simmer time to 2 minutes; drain.
Melt butter in large skillet. Add wine, half and half, and herbs.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth. Add pasta, vegetables'
and cheese; mix lightly. 290 calories per serving.
Servings: 3 servings or 3 1/2 cups
