BAR-B-Q Slaw
1 gallon grated cabbage
1 (20 oz.) bottle catsup
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 pint cubed sweet pickles
1 jar sliced pimentos
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. TEXAS PETE hot sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Will keep 6 months or longer refrigerated in glass jar.

Shirley's Cabbage Casserole
1 stick margarine
2 cups crushed cornflakes
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
black pepper
Mix margarine and com flakes. Spread some of this in the bottom
of a 13" x 9" casserole dish. Save the rest for a topping. Mix all
the other ingredients and add to the casserole dish. Sprinkle rest
of crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
