Chicken Pie
4 whole chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of buttermilk
1/8 tsp. black pepper
enough water to cover
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups of chicken broth or water
1 cup of self-rising flour
1 stick margarine
Simmer chicken with salt and pepper in water until tender.
Debone and skin pieces. Cut in small pieces and spread evenly
in 12ft x 9" pan. In sauce pan, bring to boil chicken broth
and soup. Pour over chicken. Make a batter of flour, buttermilk,
pepper and margarine. ip this over chicken with large
spoon. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Can use less
salt because chicken soup is so salty.

Baked Chicken
chicken breasts
milk or margarine (melted)
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
Soak chicken breasts in milk or coat with margarine. Mix
cheese and flour. Roll chicken breasts in this mixture. Bake
at 350 degrees 1 hour or until done.
