Rachel's Hot Dip
6 oz. chipped beef, chopped
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 pimento, diced (optional for color)
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp. melted margarine
Mix together all except last two ingredients. Spread in a shallow baking dish. Top with pecans. Drizzle with margarine. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 minutes. Serve hot. Can be used with crackers, chips or turnip slices, celery and carrot sticks, or other vegetables.

Spinach Dip
10 oz. package chopped spinach
8 oz. package light cream cheese
8 oz. package light sour cream
8 oz. carton plain yogurt
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 package GOOD SEASONS ITALIAN dressing mix
Mix all ingredients and heat.
